BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

Searchlights Global is available for select international events and landmark deployments worldwide.

Due to the scale, logistics, and regulatory coordination required for each project, all engagements must be scheduled a minimum of sixteen (16) months in advance. 

Availability is limited and confirmed on a first-qualified, first-confirmed basis.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure and hold requested dates. Dates are not reserved, soft-held, or provisionally blocked without receipt of the deposit and completion of preliminary qualification.

Each deployment is custom-scoped based on location, jurisdiction, timing, and operational requirements. 

 Final project parameters, logistics, and remaining balances are confirmed following technical review and mutual agreement.
